Reading is an essential part of my life, expanding my knowledge, sparking my imagination, and fostering personal growth. Below you will find some books geared towards personal growth and others so intellectually stimulating that you'll find it hard to put down.
Podcasts have become a significant source of inspiration and learning for me. It wouldn't be far from the truth if I said that I listen to podcasts daily. Whether I am own a run, hitting the gym or in the car, I find a podcast to be a great source of mental stimulation. Here are a few of my favorite podcasts that consistently deliver valuable insights and engaging content:
Discover neuroscience insights for peak performance and well-being from Dr. Andrew Huberman, a leading neuroscientist.
Explore health optimization and longevity with Dr. Peter Attia, featuring expert discussions on personal well-being.
Learn from world-class performers and gain productivity tips with bestselling author Tim Ferriss.
Get motivated and find actionable advice for personal growth from impactful interviews with host Tom Bilyeu.
Travel through captivating historical narratives with storyteller Dan Carlin, exploring the complexities of the past.
Below are a few link to some of my favourite tools and things in my life.
Notion is a powerful all-in-one note-taking application that offers ultimate flexibility in organizing tasks, projects, and knowledge. I use Notion every single day to organize my personal and work tasks. Further, I also have notion pages to track my fitness, nutrition, and reading lists. Notion has nearly endless use cases. I think you should give it a try. Check out some of my use cases below:
A daily newsletter in your inbox that gives you the lowdown on everything in the news. It is a quick, light and easy read that I love to get each morning. Brew also has a handful of other interesting newsletters available to which you can subscribe. Oh, and did I mention, its completely free.
I love these obstacle course races. Whether you're looking to push your limits or have some fun with friends there is a spartan race for you. As a proud Spartan ambassador, I am happy to provide a discount code for 20% off. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll have a blast!

I've been taking AG1 for over 18 months and truly believe it is foundational to a healthy diet by covering all of my basic nutritional needs. The formula tastes great (especially with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt) and replaced a cabinet full of supplements. Try AG! today!
I use time boxing as my productivity system of choice. If you are not familiar with this method, well it works by 'boxing' your time to be allotted to specific tasks on your to-do list. In my experience, this has been a powerful force in helping me stay productive and organized. A fantastic side effect is that I have also felt less stressed. I have a time box Notion template available for free (see above) but if you prefer the old fashioned way, check out the link below.
